The Franchisee Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the operations, communication, and compliance of franchise locations. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure franchisees adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Assist in onboarding new franchisees by providing training and necessary documentation.
Monitor franchisee performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with franchise owners.
Facilitate communication between franchisees and corporate teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Support marketing and promotional activities for franchise locations.
Conduct site visits to evaluate compliance and operational efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of franchisee interactions, compliance reports, and operational challenges.
Assist in the resolution of franchisee disputes and escalate issues as needed
