Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Sr Sales Manager with a proven track record in IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture relationships with Tier 1 vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners. - Identify and onboard new clients to expand the companys IT staffing business. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. - Work closely with the Delivery Team to fulfill client hiring needs. - Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability. - Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in IT staffing/recruitment sales. - Strong network and connections with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners. - Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
