Company Description Ajit Industries Private Limited (AIPL) is a leading manufacturer and marketer of Pressure-Sensitive Self-Adhesive Industrial tapes and Die-Cuts in India. Established in 1998, AIPL has earned its reputation for innovation in the industry under the leadership of Managing Director Mr. Ajit Gupta. The company is ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001:2004 certified, offering a range of specialty tapes, with several products bearing "UL" certification and approvals from reputed labs like SGS and the Automobile Research Association of India (ARAI). Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Manager Sales - OEM's in the Automotive and White Goods industry. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for managing and growing sales with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role will involve market research to stay updated on industry trends and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation skills Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Market Research and Analytical skills Experience in the Automotive or White Goods industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications experience in PSA tapes sales will.be added advantage location Chennai,
