Job Description Alendis is looking for a Senior Python Software Developer to architect, develop, and optimize high-performance systems for our global platform. This role requires a strong foundation in Python and the versatility to work with other languages like C++, NodeJS or Rust. You will collaborate with a highly skilled team to deliver modular, efficient, and maintainable solutions, adhering to modern development principles and practices. Responsibilities Develop and maintain modular, reusable software components following a GPU-first design philosophy. Implement and optimize Python-based solutions, leveraging Pydantic models, type annotations, and functional programming principles. Design and optimize GPU-accelerated pipelines using CUDA libraries, ensuring minimal CPU-GPU data transfers. Collaborate across teams to build feature-driven systems with clear separation of concerns (e.g., detection, tracking, post-processing). Build and extend robust APIs and system integrations using Python, C++, and Rust where necessary. Profile and optimize code for performance using tools like cProfile and py-spy. Utilize Docker for containerized development and deployment with multi-stage builds and GPU support. Ensure error resilience through structured error handling, logging, and comprehensive input validation. Implement parallel and asynchronous workflows to handle tasks such as video streaming and model inference efficiently. Contribute to architecture decisions, adhering to best practices like RORO (Receive an Object, Return an Object) and feature-driven organization.,
