Company Description SUPERTEC MACHINES PVT LTD is a company based in Faridabad, Haryana, India, specializing in Wire & Cable Machines Manufacturing. Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SolidWorks and AutoCAD Designer to join our Company SUPERTEC MACHINES PVT LTD A manufacture of cables and wire machinery. In this role, you will be responsible for designing complex machinery and equipment used in the production of cables and wires machines. You will work closely with engineers and other departments to develop and optimize designs for cable extrusion machines, wire drawing machines, insulation equipment, and other related systems. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, with a keen understanding of mechanical design, machine functionality, and manufacturing processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience. Experience: 6+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the design and development of machinery used in the cable and wire manufacturing industry. Proven experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 2D and 3D design, drafting, and modelling. Experience with designing complex mechanical systems, including conveyors, extruders, or other industrial machines, is a plus. Technical Skills: Expertise in SolidWorks for 3D modelling and AutoCAD for 2D drafting and layout design. Familiarity with machine components such as motors, drives, bearings, shafts, and gears, and their integration into a complete system. Experience with mechanical simulation and stress analysis (e.g., using SolidWorks Simulation or similar tools) is beneficial. Knowledge of cable manufacturing processes, such as extrusion, wire drawing, insulation, and stranding is highly advantageous. OTHER: Competitive salary based on experience.
