- ERP Delivery Manager Location: Pune, India Experience: 15+ years in ERP implementation and delivery, with a minimum of 5 years in delivering Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud projects. Managing a team of minimum 30+ resources. About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned ERP Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex ERP projects, primarily focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP systems, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. Assign tasks, track progress, and provide guidance to team members. Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, and Procurement. Understand ERP implementation methodologies and best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the ERP industry. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery. Track project expenses and revenue. Optimize resource utilization to maximize project profitability. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in ERP implementation and delivery. Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud. Strong project management skills, including PMP certification (preferred). Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus. Oracle certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable Calfus Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. ,
