Job Summary As a Blockchain Engineer at OurParkingSpace, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying blockchain solutions that integrate with our parking platform. You will work closely with our development team to build secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain applications. Your expertise in blockchain technologies will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our decentralized systems. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions for our parking platform. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented smart contracts using Solidity or other relevant languages. Develop and integrate blockchain APIs and libraries. Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate blockchain functionalities into our applications. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of blockchain applications. Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and protocols. Ensure the security and scalability of our blockchain infrastructure. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes. Maintain and optimize existing blockchain systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology. Work with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure to deploy and manage blockchain nodes. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Blockchain Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed ledger technology. Proficiency in Solidity and experience developing smart contracts on Ethereum or other EVM-compatible blockchains. Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, Ethers.js). Knowledge of different blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus. Understanding of cryptography and security principles is highly desirable. Experience in building and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) is a plus. (ref:hirist.tech),
