Job Description

    JOB BRIEF:A customer service representative, also known as a CSR, will serve as a point of contact, give details about our products and services, respond to inquiries, and accurately and effectively solve any issues that arise for one of our customer accounts. You must exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional demeanor to succeed as a customer support executive. These abilities will come in handy when coaching the team members on your team and resolving disputes with clients. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: A bachelors degree in administration or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Minimum 2 years of experience as a client service representative or with proven customer assistance Exemplary phone contact management abilities, and attentive listening Familiarity with CRM procedures and processes Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and efficiently handle time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The control of a big number of inbound and outbound calls Generate sales leads Enhance customer experience through welcome calls & capture feedback Enhance relationship with customers ( new and existing) to focus on retention Identify,leverage and manage technology solutions Meet call handling quotas and personal/customer care team sales targets Handle client complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution Maintain client interaction records, handle customer accounts, and file paperwork. Adhere to communication protocols, rules, and policies Go the additional mile to engage customers Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the staff.
