Job Title: Jr. Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a Jr. Site Supervisor to assist in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and addressing client issues. This role involves supporting the senior supervisor in managing site activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Jr. Site Supervisor will play a key role in resolving on-site issues and ensuring the project stays on track. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to maintain effective site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing site operations and daily activities.

• Support the senior supervisor in ensuring project timelines are met.

• Address and resolve on-site issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Monitor and maintain project standards and quality.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Assist in coordinating site resources and workers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in site supervision or related roles.

• BE in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage day-to-day site activities efficiently.

• Knowledge of site management and project coordination.

CTC Offered: Rs 3 LPA (on-hand salary)
