- Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement across our retail locations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail trends, and digital marketing tactics to create impactful campaigns that align with our brand vision. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive store traffic, sales, and brand awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, sales, and operations to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals. Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and experiential marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience. Manage local and national advertising efforts, including print, digital, social media, and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to optimize marketing strategies. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales impact, ROI, and customer engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly. Lead the creation of compelling in-store visuals, signage, and branding elements to maintain brand consistency. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to keep our strategies innovative and effective. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, brand management, or a related role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Proven experience in executing successful in-store marketing campaigns and promotions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to measure success and drive continuous improvement. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools. Experience working with retail brands or multi-location businesses is a plus.
