- About the job .Net - Technical Lead Experience: 8 -12 Years Job Location: Noida Delhi NCR/ Multiple Location No. of Position: Multiple Qualifications: B Tech / MCA or Higher Work Timings: 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST Functional Area: Development Key Responsibilities Youll be expected to own project technical aspects from start-to-finish. Youll be expected to work closely with other team members and mentor junior developers. You must take pride in your work and have a keen attention to detail. Analyze business/technical requirements to define the scope of development and implementation initiatives and integration practices. Ability to develop, maintain data architecture guiding principles, policies, best practices, reference architecture and standard. Playing a critical role in converting the n-tier web form application into SOA architecture. Delegate the tasks for each project on the pipeline to the right developers depending on their strengths, experience, and availability. Proven expertise with software design and OOD methodologies. Utilizing Angular/React and other front-end technologies to decouple client side of the application from the server side as well as increase overall performance. Utilizing transaction management, normalization, and performance tuning concepts to maintain a well-structured, robust, responsive, consistent, and scalable database. Applying Object Oriented Programming, Design patterns and SOLID principles to develop high quality code. Playing an active role in defining standards in coding, system design and architecture. Delivering solutions according to user requirements while meeting development, quality, and documentation standards. Providing maintenance support for the web application. Ensuring proper source and version control of the web application. Perform code reviews and maintain code quality. Helping and participating with development team in preparing builds and deployment. Performing quality standard documentation throughout the development. Skills, Knowledge And Experience 8 years of experience building web-based applications using ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, .Net Core and front-end technologies like Angular/React Framework. Database design and development (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server/ MySQL/MongoDB). Experience creating Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture is required. Strong knowledge on design and integration patterns specially in applications involving Portals/SSO, legacy applications, B2B Applications, external partners using ESB. Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and continuous integration (Jenkins or Bamboo). Expertise in creating documents such as Application Architecture, Database Schema, Sequence diagrams, Class diagrams, etc. Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services. Experience with supporting peer teams and responsibilities such as infrastructure, operations, enterprise architecture, info security. Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Net certification is a plus. Working with USA clients is a plus. Power Apps and MS Flow experience is a plus. SSRS and SSIS experience is a plus.,
