Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in both executive and administrative HR functions, as well as training & development and performance appraisals, within the manufacturing industry. This individual will play a critical role in driving effective HR practices, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee development, and maintaining a high level of employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive HR Functions:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and support organizational development.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Advise senior management on organizational structure, HR policies, and employee welfare.
Administrative HR Functions:
Handle all administrative HR tasks, including documentation, payroll, and benefits management.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resource Information System) with employee data.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization and develop comprehensive training programs.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure employees have the tools and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Coordinate and conduct employee development programs, workshops, and leadership training.
Performance Appraisal:
Manage the performance appraisal process, setting clear performance goals and KPIs.
Provide guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews, offering feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
Monitor and analyze employee performance data, making recommendations for rewards and recognition.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Implement employee welfare initiatives, promoting work-life balance and employee satisfaction.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations in all HR practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and compliance requirements within the manufacturing industry.
Strategic HR Management:
Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's HR strategy in line with business goals.
Lead HR initiatives aimed at improving organizational culture, retention, and talent management.
Manage HR budgets and implement cost-effective HR solutions.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 15 maximum 25+ years of experience in HR management within the manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, labor laws, and performance management.
Proven experience in conducting training & development programs and managing performance appraisals.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
Education:
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) would be a plus.

40-50 years of age.
