Operational Management Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure success. Optimize workflows, processes, and resource allocation. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and operational teams. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Build cross-functional collaboration and resolve interdepartmental issues.
