Requirement of Senior Executive for a startup IT company A startup IT company in the field of IT Security is formed by an industry veteran with over two decades of industry experience with leading global IT OEMs and SIs. The company will initiate operations from the national capital territory of Delhi with aspirations to be an end-to-end security solutions provider. The company is searching for Senior Executives to work closely with the founder. From the beginning, the Executive will have an immediate impact on the companys productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, initial revenue generation efforts and communicating objectives to internal and external stakeholders. The Executive has to strictly follow the highest level of ethical and transparent practices. Objectives of this role Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of the founder. Assist and communicate with other company personnel in program management, revenue generation activities, decision-making and initiatives implementation. Prioritize revenue generation activities by developing relationships with some Security OEMs, Service providers and consultants. Improve processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency, productivity, automation and simplified and transparent decision making. Responsibilities Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with founder and other members on special projects Develop into a subject-matter expert on IT security, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications. Involve and drive opportunities for revenue generation. Develop knowledge management roadmap for end-to-end Security domain Oversee daily operations in collaboration with staff and also perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities Assist HR activities like new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns Required skills and qualifications Comfortable or can quickly take lead in organizing and directing teams and departments Comfortable or can quickly take lead in planning and leading strategic initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable in communicating with external agencies like Security OEMs. Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity and ethical and transparent practices.
