Company Description Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd. (PHS) is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) in the Health Insurance Sector based in Thane. PHS specializes in servicing all insurance companies by adding value to individual health insurance policies through services like network of healthcare providers, medical care standardization, claims management, client servicing, and expert opinions. PHS administers a customized "healthcare package" for its clients, ensuring smooth healthcare delivery. Role Description This is a full-time Senior Executive role based in Thane. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to health insurance claims management, client servicing, and healthcare service provider network management. The role involves ensuring compliance with medical care standards, providing expert opinions, and facilitating smooth healthcare delivery. Qualifications Experience in health insurance claims management, client servicing, and healthcare service provider network management Knowledge of medical care standards and regulations in the health insurance sector Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field Certification in Health Insurance or Medical Claims Management is a plus,
