NB* This is a full-time, site-based role located in Zambia. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site at the production facility, managing daily operations hands-on. Were looking for a technically minded Engineering Manager who is looking to make a lasting impact on agricultural production systems in a site-based leadership role! We need a proactive and solutions-driven Engineering Manager to lead infrastructure operations at a large-scale production facility in Zambia. This on-site position offers a unique opportunity to oversee and drive engineering performance across a diverse range of systems from mechanical and electrical to water supply, refrigeration, civil infrastructure and fabrication. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable asset performance and minimising downtime by implementing robust preventative maintenance plans, coordinating technical teams, and delivering critical infrastructure projects. This role demands strong leadership, sound engineering judgment, and a deep understanding of agricultural production support systems.
