Job Overview The Delivery Manager will work as part of the Concept team and be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of software development and implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives. This role involves coordinating Edinburgh and India teams, managing project dependencies, and working closely with the Program Manager, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution. Key Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software delivery management, project management, or agile coaching. Experience working with offshore development teams (preferably India-based). Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices. Technical & Process Expertise Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies. Proficiency in project tracking tools. Strong understanding of cloud platforms, and modern software development practices. Leadership & Communication Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones. Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities. Experience in coaching teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Risk & Quality Management Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in project delivery. Strong understanding of quality assurance (QA) processes and software testing best practices Desired Job Skillsets Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL. Experience working with enterprise software platforms and SaaS solutions. Exposure to cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures. Other Requirements Willingness to travel internationally as required. Ability to work across multiple time zones to coordinate with Edinburgh teams.
