Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Web Content Creator ! We are looking for a data-driven candidate with expertise in website content management systems (CMS) to join our team. With overall responsibility for ensuring web content meets high standards of quality, consistency, website optimization, and meets brand guidelines . You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and optimizing audience-centric web content strategies to improve user experience, boost SEO rankings, and drive conversions. The successful candidate will enjoy extensive stakeholder engagement, including advising stakeholders on web best practices and sharing best practices for web writing. The candidate will work closely with content leads and writers to ensure the website is able to effectively demonstrate Genpacts brand positioning and meet business objectives . Further, the role will play an integral part in Genpacts upcoming website refresh and replatform from Craft CMS to Adobe AEM taking place through 2025 . Responsibilities Website content strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a successful website content strategy that includes editorial guidance, user journeys, user outcomes, and website content presentation. Actively support our business and brand objectives , helping to reposition Genpact as a leader in advanced technology Partner with Communications, Content, Brand and HR teams to ensure the web content strategy adapts to Genpacts messaging framework and business priorities Website CMS stewardship Maintain an intuitive information architecture that aligns with web strategy and best practices and presents web content so that it is easily discoverable for users. Maintain associated structures and processes, including the site map, navigation, taxonomy and tagging etc. Own DAM stewardship, the relationship between Web and Creative, and the presentation of creative assets and written content across the website. Content management and governance: Define the channel content management process and governance spanning the entire content lifecycle, working with key stakeholders for business alignment. Oversee the organization and categorization of information within the CMS to ensure consistency, accessibility and effective information retrieval. Conduct regular audits of web content to ensure consistency, accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with brand guidelines, regulations and standards. Implement workflows and version control in CMS and our project management tools. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) overseeing content accuracy and page functionality as part of new template/experience developments. Content creation: Understand Genpacts business landscape and closely partner with content teams to translate complex ideas into informative and engaging content into quality web experiences through web best practices and CMS mastery. Partner with Brand, Comms, and GTM teams to develop the content calendar for web Oversee the content creation process for web, working with content creators, designers, and channel operations to deliver engaging, high-quality content and experiences for audiences. Work closely with content teams to ensure that new content fits into the website ecosystem, providing counsel and guidance to content creators who have varied and specific messaging focus. Through CMS authoring, proactively publish, update, and maintain web pages, ensuring that content is optimized for both SEO and user experience. Content optimization: Leverage tools like Google Analytics and VWO to measure content performance, draw insights, communicate best practices for content leads, and adjust strategies accordingly Oversee the web testing framework for content. Design and execute A/B tests with our Performance Marketing team to improve user engagement, optimize for conversions, and refine content strategies. Partner with the SEO manager and content leads to implement SEO best practices in all content to improve search visibility and rankings. Monitor industry and martech trends to surface opportunities for improving website content engagement and ROI. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely across the Marketing ecosystem to align web content with full funnel user journeys, integrated campaigns, ensure cohesive content delivery and other business initiatives Coordinate with web operations to troubleshoot technical issues related to AEM and ensure smooth integration of content. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Q Ualifications / Skills Bachelors degree in Marketing , Digital Communications, or a related field . Relevant years of experience with web content management , or digital marketing, or website marketing production. In-depth knowledge of any CMS platform, AEM preferred. Includes components, templates, interoperability features, DAM (Digital Asset Management), and workflows. Outstanding website UX skills and the ability to bring customer centricity to each decision. Strong writing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools like Conductor, or SEM Rush. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using platforms like Google Analytics and A/B testing tools to draw insights and inform content decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including superb communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Q Ualifications / Skills Experience with website migration projects, Craft and AEM preferred . Familiarity with HTML for more accurate CMS editing, interfacing with our web channel management team, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with customer journey mapping , segmentation, and audience targeting .
