- Job Title: Tech Lead Full Stack & WordPress Development Location: Trivandrum Mode: Hybrid Experience: Minimum 2 years Job Overview: We are looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack & WordPress Development with expertise in developing full-stack web applications, WordPress solutions, and SEO optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in Azure/AWS deployment, and a solid grasp of UI/UX principles. This role requires leadership capabilities, excellent communication, and customer-handling experience to drive projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications and WordPress websites. Architect and implement efficient, maintainable, and reusable solutions across front-end and back-end systems. Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure a seamless UI/UX experience, optimizing usability, accessibility, and responsiveness. Manage WordPress deployments, including migration, configuration, optimization, and security audits. Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for application hosting, CI/CD implementation, and DevOps practices. Optimize website performance, implement caching techniques, and ensure SEO best practices. Develop and implement SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO improvements. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in full-stack applications and WordPress environments. Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Engage with customers to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, WordPress, cloud technologies, and SEO strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in Full Stack & WordPress Development. Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript). Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, PHP). Hands-on experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development. Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Knowledge of Azure/AWS deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. Expertise in SEO, including keyword research, technical SEO, and performance optimization. Familiarity with SEO principles, caching techniques, and website security. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in customer interaction, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead a team, mentor junior developers, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in microservices architecture and API development. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing. Knowledge of headless WordPress and modern front-end frameworks. Experience with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce.
