- Role: Quality Analyst | Automation (Selenium Expert) Company: Pricels Location: Jaipur, India Experience Level: 4-5 Years About Pricels: Pricels is a UK and India-based enterprise providing a wide variety of Business Consulting, IT Advisory, and Implementation services. We specialize in helping our clients address Pricing and Sales transformation challenges within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation QA with 4-5 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of a key project for one of our esteemed clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automated testing strategies that enhance the efficiency and performance of applications. Expertise in Selenium and strong communication skills are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, run and maintain automated test scripts for applications using Selenium. Ensure the overall quality, performance, and reliability of the project. Responsible for handling things independently and coaching other team members to enhance their skills. Need to work Directly with Client. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and define test strategies. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to validate business processes and system workflows. Identify, document, and track defects, working proactively to ensure timely resolution. Enhance and implement best practices in test automation while continuously improving testing frameworks. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, supporting continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent. 4-5 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong expertise in Selenium. Proficiency in Java/Python or other relevant programming languages for creating automation test scripts. Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, qTest or similar. Strong Communication Skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Experience of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
