Performance Marketing Manager Job in @ DNEG

Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Universal App Campaigns (UAC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing data-driven performance marketing strategies to optimize ROI, drive customer acquisition, and maximize conversions.

Office timing and working days: 10:30-6:30; 5.5 days working (1^st, 3^rd and 5^th Off and 2^nd and 4^th working)

Location: Corporate office, Sector 49 Gurgaon

Roles and responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, UAC) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
• Manage Universal App Campaigns (UAC) to drive app installs and in-app engagement.
• Allocate budgets efficiently across channels to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and third-party tracking tools.
• Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies for better conversion rates.
• Implement behaviour-based audience segmentation to improve ad personalization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.

Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms(Branch and MMP)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
