Role Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Banking Executives - Telecallers to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, assisting them in understanding and accessing loan products that best suit their business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted telecalling efforts. Product Consultation: Explain loan products in detail, addressing client needs, and recommending appropriate financial solutions. Application Assistance: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documentation. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets. Who We Are Looking For Education:Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. Experience:Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation and Benefits Salary Package: Basic Salary: 2.7 LPA Average Incentives: 3 LPA (based on performance) Total Package: 5 LPA Incentive Structure: Loan disbursal of 25 Lakh: Incentive 6,250 Loan disbursal of 50 Lakh: Incentive 12,500 Loan disbursal of 75 Lakh: Incentive 18,750 Loan disbursal of 1 Crore: Incentive 25,000 Additional Benefits: Comprehensive training and professional development programs.
