Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Brand Partnership Manager who will be responsible for driving sales of our influencer marketing solutions across the South Indian market (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad). The ideal candidate should have a strong network with brands and agencies, a deep understanding of influencer marketing, and a proven track record in business development. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Sell influencer marketing solutions to brands and agencies, ensuring alignment with their marketing goals. Agency Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with large agencies like GroupM, Publicis, and others to drive business opportunities. Client Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and onboarding new brands. Market Expansion: Focus on the South India market (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad) to identify key business opportunities and establish a strong brand presence. Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets through effective strategy and execution. Campaign Consultation: Work closely with internal teams to design, pitch, and execute tailored influencer marketing campaigns. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new influencer marketing strategies to optimize sales efforts. Key Requirements 5-6 years of experience in selling influencer marketing solutions to brands. Strong network with brands and agencies, especially in the South India market. Proven ability to partner with larger agencies like GroupM, Publicis, and other media buying firms. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
