Production Manager - Injection Moulding Job in @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

Develop , Implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Oversee and manage production processes, including machining assembly and quality control. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations. Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency. Lead and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, technicians, and operators. Provide training, coaching and development opportunities to team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team work. Ensure that production process meet quality and safety standards. Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures. Conduct regular safety audit and risk assessments. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production efficiency . Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements. Analyze production data to identify trends and area for improvement . Mentoring the team member to grow-up to the next level Professionalism: Strong Knowledge Injection moulding process, Filter / Air cooling product. Knowledge on IATF16949, OHSAS & EMS, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, VDA, FTA, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and etc., Accountability: Takes ownership of all responsibilities and honours commitments; delivers outputs for which one has responsibility within prescribed time, cost and quality standards; operates in compliance with organizational regulations and rules; supports subordinates, provides oversight and takes responsibility for delegated assignments; takes personal responsibility for his/her own shortcomings and those of the work unit, where applicable,
