Job Description
- The Store Incharge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that staff are well-supervised, inventory is tracked and managed efficiently, and customer satisfaction is maintained. This role involves working closely with various team members to meet sales targets and maintaining high operational standards. Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations, including online orders and ensure efficient workflow. Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations. Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints and queries professionally. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock. Manage cash handling, including cash register operations and reconciliations. Implement promotional activities and designs to drive store traffic. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a retail management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Knowledge of retail management software and Microsoft Office suite, typing speed of minimum 30wpm. Software knowledge of Tally, Tally Prime. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
