Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Chef 2nd/3rd Commi at The Baga Beach Resort. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking South Indian cuisine, assisting in menu planning, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served. Qualifications Proficiency in South Indian cuisine, cooking, and food preparation Knowledge of traditional spice blending and cooking techniques Experience in menu planning and recipe creation Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes Certification or diploma in culinary arts or related field,
