Eligibility

• Candidate must have minimum 8 years' experience in US healthcare and a QA on papers for at least for 2 years
• Strong RCM and denial management
• Medium to Advanced level MS Office skills
• Proficient communication skills
• Must possess team handling, Conflict management skills
• Should be able to coordinate and communicate with Operations and Quality team effectively
• Should be proactive in identifying issues in the Process and help to resolve them
• Candidate must be willing to travel to Andheri location depending on the requirement.
• ***Candidate's experience in Quality Department is must***

• Candidates having knowledge to QC tools (7 Basic QC tools - Preferred)
• Candidates having exposure to Six Sigma/Lean/Agile/COPC frameworks (Good to have if they have gone through these frameworks - Preferred not mandatory)
  Applicants must have experience in US healthcare RCM & Denial management
