Company Introduction: Hindusthan Tea Packaging Industries has been a trusted name in the tea industry for 60 years, delivering high-quality teas across Maharashtra and now expanding into global markets. With a strong legacy and a commitment to excellence, we specialize in CTC, flavored, and green teas, catering to both domestic and international markets. Role: We are looking for an experienced Import-Export Manager to lead our global trade operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing international shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing new market opportunities, and optimizing supply chain processes. Must-Have Qualifications: Minimum 7+ years of experience in export-import operations (preferably in FMCG or Tea industry) Existing strong network of importers and distributors, especially in key tea-importing markets In-depth knowledge of export documentation, international trade laws, and compliance Proven experience in logistics, customs clearance, and distributor management Strong negotiation and communication skills for handling international buyers and vendors Ability to develop and execute market entry strategies Proficiency in MIS reporting, cost analysis, and trade finance Bachelor's/Masters degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field Preference will be given to candidates with established connections in the tea trade.
