Job Description

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PeopleSoft Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, P2P, R2R). Design, configure, and implement PeopleSoft Finance solutions, leveraging best practices to enhance business processes. Develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, and reports using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Integration Broker. Lead data migration, integration, and reconciliation processes for financial data across modules. Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical and functional issues. Conduct functional testing, UAT, and system upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance. Provide end-user training, technical support, and comprehensive documentation to ensure efficient system usage. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal controls. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, P2P, R2R). Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, PS Query, and Integration Broker. Expertise in SQL for data analysis, extraction, and reporting. Strong understanding of system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization. Functional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and best practices in P2P and R2R cycles. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.,
