Overview The position of MBBS OPD Consultant is crucial to our healthcare organization as it involves providing expert medical consultation to outpatients, diagnosing various medical conditions, and creating comprehensive treatment plans. The role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality healthcare services for our patients. Key Responsibilities Conducting thorough medical consultations with outpatients Performing physical examinations and analyzing medical histories Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Diagnosing patients" medical conditions Developing and discussing treatment plans with patients Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments Referring patients to specialists when necessary Providing patient education and counseling Maintaining accurate and updated medical records Collaborating with other healthcare professionals Participating in continuing medical education and training Adhering to medical protocols and regulations Contributing to quality improvement initiatives Ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction Keeping up-to-date with medical advancements and best practices Required Qualifications MBBS degree from an accredited institution Valid medical license to practice Proven experience as a Medical Officer or Consultant In-depth knowledge of internal medicine and outpatient care Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Empathy and compassion towards patients Ability to work effectively in a team Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems Willingness to stay updated with latest medical research and developments Awareness of healthcare laws and regulations Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Flexibility to work in shifts and handle varying patient loads Continuous professional development and education Contact Mr Manoj hidden_mobile,
