Job Description
- Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify new markets, clients, and project opportunities in civil engineering consultancy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, private developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tenders to potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop competitive proposals and service offerings.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop long-term partnerships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure projects.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor government and private-sector projects for potential business leads.
- Keep up to date with industry regulations, standards, and policies.
- Financial & Performance Management:
- Meet revenue and profitability targets as set by the management.
- Monitor project profitability and work with teams to improve financial performance.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and sales forecasts.
