- Administrative Support: Manage the Managing Directors schedule, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents. Maintain confidentiality in all sensitive matters. Meeting & Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups. Organize internal and external business events, travel arrangements, and conferences. Take meeting minutes and track action items. Digital Marketing Support: Assist with social media scheduling, content research, and analytics reports. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign updates and progress reports. Maintain client records and oversee project timelines. Operational & Project Support: Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operations. Track key project deadlines and follow up on assigned tasks. Conduct market research and compile relevant data for decision-making. Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks such as travel bookings, personal appointments, and errands.
