Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to oversee customer relationship management for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and CRM strategies. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information. Ensure timely and efficient follow-ups on customer inquiries and leads. Address customer concerns and ensure high service standards throughout the sales cycle. BBA Gas and Electricity Connection Receivables 118 Permission Client Engagement & Retention: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Organize client meetings, property visits, and post-sales engagement activities. Process Improvement & Reporting: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for customer interactions. Generate reports on customer insights, feedback, and market trends. Work with technology teams to improve CRM tools and automation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of CRM software (4 Qt & Info velocity). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and implement effective customer engagement strategies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Experience: Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects. Knowledge of legal documentation related to real estate transactions. Understanding of customer lifecycle management in the real estate sector.,
