Training will be provided for internal systems and software to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all tenant financial records are kept up to date and error-free. Work closely with the finance and property management team to reconcile rental accounts. Learn and adapt to internal rent management software (training provided). Requirements: Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial tracking. Good communication skills to handle rent-related tenant interactions professionally. Fast learner, able to adapt to new software and processes quickly. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in rent collection, data entry, or financial administration is a plus. Background in customer service or call support is an advantage. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
