(Landmark: Nileema Ceragem) About Prophecy Marketing: Prophecy Marketing is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support our marketing tasks and administrative functions. This role involves social media management, coordinating marketing processes, and utilizing Google Workspace to keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media & Marketing Support: Schedule and monitor social media posts across various platforms. Assist with content updates and engagement tracking. 2. Marketing Software & Tools: Work with platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot to support campaign efforts. Maintain and update marketing databases for accurate reporting. 3. Google Workspace & Administrative Tasks: Use Google Sheets and Docs to organize data, track tasks, and generate reports. Create and manage documentation to streamline workflow and support team projects. Requirements: Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing. Fluent in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.). Familiarity with marketing software tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
