Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Understand project requirements and help plan the testing approach. Write clear and detailed test cases based on user needs. Run tests to check if the software works correctly (manual + automation). Report bugs clearly with all necessary details for developers to fix them. Do regression testing to make sure new updates dont break old features. Perform performance testing to check speed and stability. Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JMeter, etc. Suggest ways to improve the testing process. Work closely with developers and other team members. Keep all test cases, results, and processes well documented. Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with More 75% marks throughout academics (or equivalent experience). Experience in software testing or QA with a good understanding of testing processes. Knowledge of different testing types like functional, regression, performance, and usability. Hands-on experience with testing tools, automation frameworks, and bug tracking systems. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Team player with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Experience with automation tools and scripting (like Selenium, Python, or similar) is a plus.
