The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery Management: o Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring timely and quality service execution. o Monitor and manage SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to maintain high service standards. o Identify and resolve service delivery issues, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Team & Resource Management: o Supervise and guide the service delivery team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. o Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure effective resource utilization. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for team development. Client & Vendor Coordination: o Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and issue resolution. o Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless service execution. o Manage customer escalations and provide timely solutions. Process Optimization & Reporting: o Streamline service delivery processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. o Prepare and present reports on service performance, trends, and areas for improvement. o Implement best practices to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Compliance & Documentation: o Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. o Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, incidents, and resolutions. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management, preferably in the IT infrastructure or service industry. Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, IT, or a related field. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes. o Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and service operations. Soft Skills: o Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: ITIL or PMP certification is a plus.
