    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in cold calling, data research, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying leads. You will work closely with the business development and sales teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for potential clients.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce company services/products.
    • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (online databases, social media, industry reports, etc.).
    • Qualify and nurture leads to understand their needs and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with business development and sales teams to create targeted outreach strategies.
    • Set up meetings between prospects and BD Head to further explore business opportunities.
    • Follow up on warm leads to ensure timely conversion.
    • Track, analyse, and report on lead generation metrics to improve processes and performance.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation strategies

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or business development.
    • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting meetings.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to build relationships and engage potential clients effectively.
    • Solid understanding of data research and using online tools to identify prospects.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in B2B lead generation or business development.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
    • Experience with email marketing and automation tools is a plus.
