- Job Summary: As a Zoho Books Accountant, you will work closely with senior accountants and finance managers to handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation tasks using Zoho Books. Your role will involve understanding business financial requirements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial data that supports business decision-making. Experience: 1+ Years Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ICWA Inter, or any relevant finance/accounting degree Technologies: Zoho Books Accounting & Finance Taxation (GST, TDS, VAT, etc.) Financial Reporting & Reconciliation ERP & Cloud Accounting Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily accounting transactions within Zoho Books. Maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and perform reconciliations. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights for business decisions. Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and reporting. Help integrate Zoho Books with other Zoho applications and third-party tools. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and best practices in cloud-based accounting. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Zoho Books or any cloud-based accounting software. Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial data analysis. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve accounting discrepancies. Self-learner with a problem-solving mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger management. Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem and ERP integrations is a plus.
