Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Perform accounting and bookkeeping functions specific to the US insurance industry. Manage audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Oversee AP & AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft tools for bookkeeping and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with US accounting regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in accounting & bookkeeping, preferably in the US insurance sector. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting tools. Familiarity with audit, reconciliation, AP & AR, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
