This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified CA to gain practical experience in a challenging and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements (including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Taxation: Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for the company and its employees. Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and other indirect tax returns. Assist in tax planning and advisory services. Auditing: Assist in conducting internal and external audits. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and working papers. Assist in the coordination with external auditors. Statutory Compliances: Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintain statutory records and files. Other Duties: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Assist in the implementation of internal controls.
