Job Description
- The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations. Responsibilities Visit the given sites, interact with the officials from the project team and developing a rapport in order to generate the leads Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate interior design products and services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability for their projects. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales and secure contracts, adhering to company policies and profitability objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors" offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on opportunities. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details using CRM software or other designated tools. Provide ongoing customer support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and project execution, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience of 1-2 years in outside sales, preferably in the interior design, construction, or real estate sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Familiarity with sales processes and lead generation strategies. Basic understanding of interior design concepts is a plus. willingness to travel locally.,
