Key Responsibilities: Coordinate architecture/design works, meetings, and procurement processes. Maintain master timeline, monitor delays, and manage project budgets and cash flow. Establish communication channels, organize meetings, and provide progress reports. Manage procurement orders, vendor contracts, and contractor compliance. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure quality standards and conduct regular inspections. Oversee project closeout, handover documents, and address post-construction issues.
