- Job Title: Senior Interior Architect Location: bangalore, whitefield Department: Interior Design/Architecture Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Architect to lead and manage the design of high-end residential, commercial, and/or hospitality spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background with an eye for innovative interior design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to guide and mentor junior designers and architects. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions from concept through to execution while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet client expectations, budget, and timelines. 2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and design teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. 3. Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, layouts, and 3D visualizations. 4. Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, finishes, and fixtures that align with the overall design concept and budget. 5. Supervise and mentor junior interior architects and designers, providing guidance and feedback on design solutions and project management. 6. Develop detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules. 7. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards while delivering innovative design solutions. 8. Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design and quality standards. 9. Collaborate with other senior architects and engineers to integrate interior designs with architectural plans. 10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client needs. 11. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with all aspects of the project. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of professional experience in interior architecture and design, with a proven track record of successful projects. 3. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and enscape 4. Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. 5. Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members. 7. Portfolio showcasing a variety of interior design projects, demonstrating creative and practical solutions. Desired Skills: 1. Experience with sustainable design practices and materials. 2. Familiarity with 3D rendering software and virtual reality tools for design presentations. 3. LEED or other sustainability certifications. 4. Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with contractors effectively. Working Conditions: 1. Full-time, office-based with some flexibility for remote work. 2.
