Role Description This is a full-time on-site Community Manager (Reg. - Architect) role at Design Elementary located in Bengaluru. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with customers, coordinating with designers and architects, overseeing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Community Manager (Registered Architect) to lead our design team, drive business growth, ensure project deliverance, and achieve P&L targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering client relationships, overseeing project execution, and maintaining operational excellence while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage the design team (architects & designers) to ensure high-quality project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives. Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for skill development. 2. Project & Operations Management Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Monitor P&L targets, optimize costs, and drive profitability. Implement operational excellence by streamlining workflows and improving efficiency. 3. Client & Community Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders. Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Organize and manage community events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility. 4. Business Growth & Strategy Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Develop strategies to expand the firms market presence in Bengaluru. Work closely with leadership to align community initiatives with business goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters in Architecture (M.Arch) with 8-10 years of experience. Must be a Registered Architect (COA). Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and P&L handling. Strong background in design, architecture, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and drive operational efficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in project management and customer relationship management Knowledge of architectural design principles and practices Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Proficiency in design software and tools Experience in the real estate or design industry Have worked in notable Architectural MNC firms in India as a manager role.,
