Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor, located in Raipur. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety standards. Tasks include site supervision, inspecting construction progress, managing staff, and addressing any issues that arise on-site. Additionally, the Construction Supervisor will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and communicate effectively with the project team, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience Effective Communication skills Proficiency in conducting Inspections Knowledge of Construction Safety practices Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Experience in construction industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or related field preferred,
