The ideal candidate will manage the maintenance team, coordinate repairs, and ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Receive tenant maintenance calls and listen to their concerns professionally. Assess the issue and provide tenants with an estimated resolution time. Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues reported by tenants. Keep track of maintenance requests and ensure quality repair work. Follow up with tenants to confirm if the issue has been resolved satisfactorily. Maintain clear records of reported issues, actions taken, and resolution times. Requirements: Strong communication skills to handle tenant interactions professionally Strong basic accounting knowledge Ability to coordinate teams and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving skills to assess maintenance issues and provide clear information. Minimum 1+ year experience in international voice processing.
