The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies. This role is essential for driving brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs. Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation. Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify customer preferences. Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce impactful and engaging marketing content that is consistent with the brand. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success and optimize ongoing marketing strategies. Keep up with the latest advancements in digital marketing, tools, and technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in marketing efforts. Skills Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management abilities. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, analytics software, and content management systems. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, B.E./B.Tech, or a related field. An MBA from a reputed institute is preferred. 3-6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in marketing strategy and campaign management across multiple digital platforms.
