Role Responsibilities: Data Team Management Maintain and update product-related databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality. Coordinate the workflow of the data team to meet project deadlines and objectives. Identify and report missing or incomplete product data, ensuring resolutions are in place. Identify and resolve discrepancies in product data processes. Develop and implement best practices for managing product information and workflows. Team Coordination Collaborate with the production team to ensure product data aligns with manufacturing processes and timelines. Liaise with the marketing team to provide accurate and timely product data for campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Work closely with the IT team to ensure the company website is updated with accurate and up-to-date product information. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of product launches. Reporting and Communication Generate and present reports on product data metrics and trends for internal stakeholders. Communicate updates, challenges, and issues to cross-functional teams in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field. Proven experience in data management, product information systems, or similar roles. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SAP, or other data management platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in Data Analytic. Ability to manage cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website content management systems. Knowledge of production and marketing workflows.
