Job Description
- About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests to ensure the highest quality of our software products. You will work closely with developers and other team members to identify and fix issues early in the development lifecycle, while also contributing to the improvement of test coverage and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute automated test scripts using Cypress to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design test cases, and enhance test automation coverage. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and deployment. Actively monitor release quality using tools like Sonarcloud or similar quality-gate platforms. Analyze and report on test results, identifying and escalating issues promptly. Maintain and improve existing test automation frameworks and infrastructure. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for test automation. Ensure proper test coverage across all layers of the application, including UI, API, and backend. Key Qualifications: QA automationtest coverageCI/CD pipelinesSonarcloudSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and best practices in quality assurance. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with other test automation frameworks or tools. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.). Understanding of performance and security testing.,
